Use Your Pop-Up Display to Best Effect
Pop up exhibits are effective and affordable display forms that can create the necessary impact when used well. To understand how veteran trade show exhibitors use their pop-up displays to maximum effect, here are a few suggestions you should keep in mind.
Select your booth location carefully
Ensure that you choose your booth location carefully when reserving space at a trade fair. Location is a critical choice when you book your trade show floor space.
Research shows that nine out of ten trade show visitors turn to their left on entering the venue. However, you should also remember that they will walk right past the stands at the entrance because they are busy acclimatizing themselves – looking at the catalog, attaching their badges and so on. This also means that they will reach the booths on the right side at the exit at the very end if their visits when they are tired out and unreceptive to a sales spiel. So, by default, these are positions to avoid.
Look instead for areas which see a lot of traffic such as main corridors, routes that lead to restaurants or restrooms. You could also seek the advice of the event organizers in this regard. Ensure the passageway in front of the booth is wide enough to cope with any visitor bottlenecks when you have a crowd at your booth.
Align the display configuration
Now that you have selected your booth placement and size, it is easy to align the display configuration with the aim of ensuring high visibility and effective utilization of space.
Pop-up displays are quite versatile and can be adapted to suit various configurations. For instance, they can be shifted to either a left side or right side corner, or may be modified to fit a longer display area if necessary.
It goes without saying that the display should be easily visible on approach. One of the best positions is with the display occupying two sides in a corner, leaving the other two sides open.
Consider the direction from which visitors approach
What does a visitor see on approaching your booth from a distance? This graphic and panel should be large so that it can be seen clearly. As visitors come closer, whatever is at eye level should be readable. Remember that vivid primary colors always catch the eye from a distance but ensure they don't clash with your company logo colors.
Be versatile in your use of panels, graphics and accessories
A corner display's end panels may gain prominence if the graphics are draped around a pillar construct or if you attach eye-catching accessories higher up, like flags, changing images on a screen or colored lights. You may want to retain the center panels as the core of your display and change the end panels according to your needs.
If your logo or company name is lengthy, you can enhance its visual impact by displaying the graphics vertically along the complete length of an end panel. In case you have a sufficiently large booth space, you can opt for additional straight or curved modules to give your pop-up displays some variety.

Should I wear suspenders....?
In the latest Glee episode I saw the character, Brittany (played by Heather Morris), wear black shorts with suspenders and a cute striped top.

I think that the outfit is absolutely adorable! I've never worn suspenders before so idk if i can pull them off. Should i try it out? And if so, should I buy a pencil skirt and attach suspenders (from Hot Topic) or purchase shorts? Where can i purchase these shorts?
I dont wanna look weird and not a lot of people where suspenders but I think if you wear them correctly and with the right outfit you can pull them off
If you feel you want to, go ahead and try it! Express yourself with new ways of appearance! Make sure the suspenders aren't just cheap ones (I've made that mistake before<3) . Make sure you don't wear them too much so you don't out wear them. Try these outfits:
