I need some simple but nice jewelry that isn't expensive at all.
I also need some shoe suggestions.I'm going to be wearing this at a park, I want heels to give me some extra height, but I can't walk in stilettos and because of the ground, which leaves wedges of some form. The dress WILL be in WHITE, so silver shoes if at all possible.

Oh also, can you suggest a bra to go with this? I'm a 32B and I would prefer a pushup if possible, and it needs to be strapless 
Well it would depend on what occasion you wanted to wear it for. I think gladiator sandals would go great but something similar like these would work, especially with a cropped denim jacket for a fun casual summer look.

I wouldn't necessarily go with silver! Bronze, dirty gold and especially tan would complete this look better. If the dress is white I wouldn't wear any necklace (for fear it may make this beautiful dress cheap looking!) instead I would go for some big earrings and loose waves in your hair!
