I found this video yesterday about a book, and the video is an American but speaking our native Language! "Filipino" it's really nerve wracking how can this Amboy speak the Philippines' native tongue!? that's amazing! he apparently wrote this book called Pacific Rims - it's how basketball is; in the Philippines, which surprisingly is the National Sport hehe. i want to read his book as the front cover is a picture of a Filipino shirtless, wearing only his shorts, slippers, and is around a province area but is about to Dunk on a basketball ring. wow.

I wish to know what the symbol means on the ring I recently found made of what I am thinking is bone. it was in a creek that was in mid drought. It was several feet shallower than it normally is. The creek runs through southeast Minnesota and the Sioux had lived there. I looked on the internet and I cannot find anything on this symbol on the ring I cruddily made a GIMP of it:

I will truly appreciate it if someone could tell me what it means.
i know for a fact that the notches on the ring are on purpose
