When I was little my Grandpa had a cabin and lake that I spent a lot of time at. When I got a little older they dug out the lake to make it bigger but, before they had done that there used to be a small pond at the edge of the woods next to the lake. It was the most brilliant shade of blue. Almost aqua or jade. I remember it was beautiful and it almost had a mythical look to it. It's gone now but, I came acoss a pic online of Rock Rest Falls in Indiana and the pond or pool at the bottom of the waterfall has almost the same look to it. Does anyone know what caused this in the old pond? Before anyone suggests it there were no additives such as Aqua Shade used. Not on purpose, atleast.
