My sterling silver earrings turns black and my ear gets flakey?
I think my left ear piercings are infected. They're not new. It's been years since I've got them pierced.
Whatever earring I wear on the left side, the earring turns black.
It was like before and I looked up sensitive ears, so i resorted to wearing only sterling silver.
But now even sterling silver goes black and the area around the piercin gets flakey.
What earrings should I wear?
And what am I suppose to do to treat this?
The area around the piercing is red and flakey on the back of my ear.
The thing is, I also wear the same type of earrings for my right ear and nothing bad happens.
I'm confused.
It happened because those earrings were fake.
