Jewelry Boutique

Hi, I'm supposed to be writing a list for back to school clothes shopping for my Mom.. and I don't know what I should get. Keep in mind we're on a limited budget. My style is very artsy/I guess kinda punky at times. My friends say I have a unique charm.. I like different thinks. Vintage and old fashioned too. So I'm asking in number how much I should get... and what kinds of things? I live in New England.. so every season is different of course. Winters are freezing, but this is mostly fall stuff. I should prepare though. I like cardigans. And like I have a bike necklace and it's totally a staple in my closet. Unique things. I mean we are on a realllllly low budget, and I really like Target, TJMaxx, the occasional JCPenney. I also reaaaally want a pair of turquoise skinny jeans. I think they sell them at Delia's.. I'm good with secondhand shops, anything like that is fine. Just...advice pleaseeee!
